Melasma on Asian Skin

Are you Asian? Do you have Melasma?

Melasma is very common in Asian women. It is even more common in Asian women after pregnancy. So if you are experiencing darkening of the cheek areas or other areas of your face then you probably have melasma.

Melasma is a condition which increases the production of melanin due to hormonal imbalance. If you would like to reduce this effect then there are many ways you can do this. Using a Melasma cream or a skin lightening cream can greatly help with the reduction of the darkening of the areas in question.

There are other things you can also do to reduce the appearance of these darker areas which are:

  1. Watch your diet - eat healthy foods
  2. Watch your stress levels - don't get stressed, do relaxation therapy
  3. Stay out of the sun or wear a sun hat
  4. Wear sunblock when outside
  5. Use a Melasma cream (Like Nur76 Advanced Melasma Cream)

If you follow the above it should minimise or even prevent melasma from appearing.

Best of luck!
